This is merely a corporate name change. The unified social credit code, registered address, contact information and bank accounts remain unchanged. All previously signed contracts and agreements shall continue to be legally valid, and the respective rights and obligations of both parties will not be affected.
Starting from the effective date of this name change, our new official name Hangzhou Borui New Materials Industry Co., Ltd. will be used uniformly for all business activities, including business communication, invoice issuance, account reconciliation, payment collection and qualification filing.

To ensure smooth business coordination, all new orders and new contracts will be entered under the new company name.
